How a Coalition Works
Gather
Bring churches and leaders from the same area to one table. No congregation can do everything, and none has to.
Grow
Build authentic relationships between pastors, leaders, and neighbors, because lasting ministry runs on trust.
Get
Get a vision for the specific area: what does this neighborhood need, and what does each church do best?
Go
Go do it together: school partnerships, food drives, festivals, and whatever the community needs next.

No single church was called to do it all
The next is between the community and the church, and between ministries themselves. Churches often get siloed. Our name is our mission: we bridge those gaps, so churches can pool resources and multiply their impact.
Bridging the Gap began in 2018 under the Leadership Foundation and grew into an independent 501(c)(3). We're not a church, and our goal is to get people connected back into their local churches.
